At All Things Mystickal & Magickal, how your order arrives to you is very important to us!
Whenever possible, we ship via the U.S.P.S. or U.P.S., utilizing a state-of-the-art computerized tracking system. Since not all carriers deliver to PO Boxes we must have both your street and postal addresses.
When ordering, our Log-In system requires you to include a phone number where you may be reached in case we have a question about your order.
Sorry, NO C.O.D's, checks or money orders.

Shipping Rates & Handling

All of our shipping rates are weight based. If you are shopping Online, our shopping cart system automatically calculates your shipping charges upon checkout.
- USA: Base Rate ($5.95) plus 2.00 per pound being shipped
- Canada: Base Rate ($16.00) plus 3.95 per pound being shipped
- International: Base Rate ($16.95) plus 8.95 per pound being shipped

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.
For faster delivery, we ship from different warehouses throughout the USA.

Delivery Times

We receive all Online orders immediately & will ship as soon as possible. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, although most orders ship within 14 business days. Custom made items may take between 6 - 8 weeks to be delivered due to custom items not being made for you until they are ordered.

Returns Policy

Returns made at the discretion of the customer (not as a result of our error) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do NOT refund shipping fees and you must pay to ship it back. On custom made products, (example: Gold Jewelry, Capes, Spirit / Talking Boards etc.) there are NO returns accepted. We do NOT accept any returns for on-line purchases at our Allentown, PA store.

International Orders

International Orders = shipping to any country outside the US.
Canada IS considered international.
All international orders can take up to 6-10 weeks for delivery. If you prefer, special arrangements can be made for UPS or Global Priority for International or Canadian orders. Please call us to arrange special request shipping on International Orders.
