Learn how to prepare yourself for meditation, using the chakras as your starting point. Learn about the chakras. You will also learn several meditations. Time permitting we will also try a new meditation focusing on the 12 major meridian lines of the body. Earth Meditation. Heart Meditation. Do you want to learn how to go into a deeper meditation? Want to learn about intent and getting the most out of your meditation?
You must have basic meditation skills to take this class. You will learn several meditations, including a meditation which helps you meet your Guide.

Snacks will be provided after class.

**GEOMETRIC (PLATONIC) SET

What is the Geometric (Platonic) Set? What does each shape mean? How does it complement your meditation?
The Platonic Set is the math of creation and each shape will help open your meditations to higher dimensions. You can also use them to bring deeper meaning when using your favorite stones to meditate.
**Please Note: This class will add depth to your meditation, you should have basic meditation skills before taking this class. Each student should have their own Geometric (Platonic) Set; you will be meditating in class!

**LEVEL III MEDITATION CLASS

Traversing our spiritual path is sometimes very difficult and it is very easy to take side trails, which seem to lengthen our journey. But, all answers (for you) are within you. This class will show you how to make a deeper connection to your sacred self through your heart chakra. You will learn about who your higher and sacred self are. There are many ways to connect to our creative energy. Finding and connecting to this energy brings the much needed answers to our lives.
*Starting point for class will be connecting with our chakras
*Touching the energy within and creating intent
*Creating a moment (I do not use Mantras)
*Meeting your higher self and sacred self to complete the journey
This class will open up your emotions to help you find you.
Basic and Level II Meditation classes are required before you take this class. You will be meditating in class, please bring a bottle of water and your favorite blanket.
Lite snacks will be provided after class.
This is a 2 1/2 hour class.

**THE FOURTEEN RAYS AND THE LEVELS OF INITIATION

THE FOURTEEN RAYS - The rays are a gift from God to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses. They can be used as a tool to help you along your path by bringing focus into your life. Each ray has a different characteristic and can be called in during times of need. You will learn the color along with the positive and glamour points of each ray.
LEVELS OF INITIATION - There are fourteen levels of initiation depending on The Path you have chosen. Each level has a special meaning, which can help you identify where you are in your spiritual growth. This is also a means to help you understand what your Path is and to recognize the signs that are placed in front of you. It is an amazing journey when you realize that all the little puzzle pieces you have really do come together cohesively to form your Spiritual Map.
**Each student will find out what color ray they are, then will be given their positive traits along with the glamour points of their ray.
**Time permitting, Aashka will help each student identify what their level of initiation is.
